Choosing the Right Exercise Simplified

Deciding on the right exercise depends on what you enjoy and what suits you. Consider your preferences, whether you want to pay fees, and if you need equipment.

If you pick something you don’t like, you won’t stick with it. If jogging isn’t your thing, maybe try walking—it’s easy for all fitness levels and can be a social activity with a partner.

Regardless of the exercise, start at a low intensity and gradually increase it over weeks to avoid injuries. For beginners, start with a 10-minute walk daily and add 5 minutes every two weeks. Change your walking route to keep things interesting.

If walking isn’t your preference, try a fitness center with variety and helpful trainers. Choose a center that provides good service and maintains its equipment well.

If you’re unsure, consider golf or tennis for social activities. Tennis is excellent for fitness but may be challenging for beginners. Golf is a good choice if you haven’t exercised in a while. Find an activity you enjoy, and it will make your fitness journey more enjoyable.
