Hey guys, hope you had a good day, mine as usual consisted of training and meetings, I do some track work this morning using the parachute I get some weird looks when people see me running with a parachute, I had a couple look up in the air and ask where the plane was (lol). Guys you have to make sure you eat breakfast don’t skip the most important meal of the day, it surprises me how most people will take better care of their cars than they do their bodies. People who eat breakfast are more likely to maintain a healthy weight. Some experts believe eating breakfast keeps your metabolism running because skipping meals causes the body to kick into ‘starvation’ mode. A healthy breakfast doesn’t need to be extravagant or take a long time to prepare. Try something simple like a hard-boiled egg, whole grain toast and 100% fruit juice. And there’s nothing wrong with a bowl of whole-grain cereal with berries and low-fat milk. It will do you a world of good. Just wanted to share with the world that I hate doing burpees, and my Southern crossfit session this morning consisted of some burpees thanks cheng, tara, jono and hayden, the work out today was “Wod Up? 21, 15, 9 – Sit Ups / Push Ups, Then 9, 15, 21 – Double Unders / Burpees, Then 15, 21, 9 – Squats / Kettlebell Swings 24kgs: *During todays we were given a small amount of information to remember. our result will be how accurate we remember that information at the end. My information was an ambulance, heart attack, serpentine falls, Billy & Bridget & 120kgs tall and dark, I got 4.5. All Day Every Day. I head home for lunch I have grilled chicken skewers with cherry tomatoes and capsicum. I’m doing a seminar at Next Generation Health Club in the coming weeks so I go over my notes, if you guy’s work for a company that would be interested in having me come and do a seminar on Fitness, Diet, Bullying or Health hit my Marketing Team on sth_pr@hotmail.com. I head over to the gym and do a cosmetic work out, I’ll be shooting a commercial and doing a photo-shoot back to back at the end of the week and this just help me get a pump, once I’m done here I head to my head quarters for my Brazilian Jiu Jitsu class, tonight’s class was another big one with roughly 20 students, this I love to see to have the matt full, I take pride in being a BJJ Black Belt and also knowing that my students will also one day reach their black belt status. I’m beat after a long day and I head home for dinner tonight I have salmon sashimi, I’m watching everything I eat its all part of the training. I lay down and visualize for 20mins and then I make my way to be as I have another busy day tomorrow with training and meetings. Nothing but love to you all. All Day Every Day.
